Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider:

95% of our orders are shipped using USPS ground. The other 5% are USPS Priority.

Shipping Prices:

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Shipping Times:

We ship from Florida with shipping times expected to be around 2-3 business days for the east coast, 3-5 business days for the middle USA, and 4-6 business days for the west coast.

Handling Times:

Handling time is expected to be between 1 - 3 business days.

Domestic and International Shipping:

We only ship to the United States. We do not ship internationally to any other country.


Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and you are responsible for the shipping arrangements back to our warehouse. The item must NOT BE OPENED or USED.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers, skin care products, lotions, opened consumable items or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items
Open, Used, or damaged items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Shipping Errors
Any item that is lost or damaged during transit may be approved for a partial or full refund. Items that are delivered defective or broken should be photographed and an email should be sent to us at hhoutpostfl@gmail.com if you would like to request a replacement or partial refund. We cannot offer a refund for broken or defective products if you do not have the item, cannot send a picture or do not validate the claim visibly or by shipping back . If your delivery area is not protected, you may request shipping insurance. All Items are shipped using USPS Flat Rate or Priority Express services. Once an item is delivered from us to the USPS Post Office agent it is considered Fulfilled by our system. Items lost in transit or items that show DELIVERED on the USPS website but appear to be lost or misplaced, and are not the result of any HHOutpost.com error may not quality for a full exchange or refund due to costs. Our hope is to never see a package lost by the USPS. If the USPS has lost a package, or if a package shows DELIVERED on the USPS website and you do not have the item in your possession we ask that you wait 4-7 days for the USPS and contact your local post office to start a claim. Several reasons why your package may show delivered but you do not have it: your local area neighbors or friends are doing you a favor, maintenance crew, facility worker, neighbor or family member has moved it for you (this is common during bad weather). If the item does not show up after 7 days, please follow up with the USPS and ask for your postal claim to be updated. Ultimately we cannot be responsible for theft, lost after delivery made or stolen from porch type of claims. If you feel your area is a potential to have your package lost or stolen please contact request DELIVERY SIGNATURE when checking out and email us the same instructions.



Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hhoutpostfl@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
